This company is the only company I would use for all my home security and air con requirements. I have had three air con units fitted. The installation team go to great lengths to minimise disruption and to clean up after themselves. They do not leave until the customer is happy with the installation and that the customer knows how it works. Booking a service is easy and the staff are Polite and knowledgeable. Customer service is a priority for this company. Well done and thank you.

The Wizard

The Answer My Friend Is Blowing In The Wind - new split aircon unit installed. Provides chilled air when the sun comes out and warm air when it does not. Painless professional install. Luvly jubbly.

We recently had a new camera and alarm system installed by I-HT in our office. The service was excellent and the install and set up was done in less than an hour. I can control everything from my phone which is fantastic. I would highly recommend I-HT.

Excellent company to work with. We have recently upgraded our CCTV with I-HTT as we were happy with the service we received with our original equipment they provided. If ever we have a problem which is usually operator error rather than the equipment we have made a call and the response and help is arranged very quickly, either over the phone or a technician comes to our premises. As a company we have no negatives. It's always a relief when a company offers a service and they actually meet there promises. I would definitely recommend.

Les Belcher

Excellent service over the years that we have been with them, Lee and the engineers have always responded quickly to any problems or queries that we have had.

We stumbled across I-HT CCTV a few years ago now and, quite simply, have never looked back! Professional advice and support ensuring you get the best product possible! I have never known a Company who are so committed to being customer-focused and ensuring that their customers are happy. Whether it be the Installation Team or Admin Team, their polite, professional service is second to none. As our Company has grown, I-HT has become and integral part of our safety & security arsenal - I really have no idea how we managed before them. Thank you Lee & Team for all you do in keeping our wheels rolling!
