Paton & Lee are a first-class Equine veterinary care centre based at Hoo Hall in Rivenhall, Essex.
The team at Hoo Hall have been providing first class Equine veterinary care, whether for routine work or in emergencies at any time of day for over 30 years. Their mission is to be the first place horse owners go for information, reassurance and treatment whenever they have concerns about their horse’s health, performance or behaviour.
Paton & Lee had initially enquired with I-HT to provide a CCTV system for general security, this subsequently led to I-HT installing a total of eight CCTV cameras, six external and two internal.
Shortly after the installation of the CCTV system, Paton & Lee enquired with I-HT about the possibility of installing an A/C system into an equine X-Ray room to provide cooling as well as heating. Not long after the installation of the unit into the X Ray room, I-HT installed a further 2 units – 1 into their Surgery room and another into the reception area.
Trudy the office manager added ‘I-HT provided a very professional service from initial visit to installation. Good advice on install and listened to our requirements. Nothing to add other than, thank you and well done. The whole team has been great; the office has been as good as the front of house team.
